In addition to regular lunch and dinner service, Bon Appétit is renowned for its fabulous events, led by our on-site events team. Weddings on the pier, private birthday parties, and holiday celebrations are just the tip of the iceberg. Nancy and her banquet staff have hosted everything from baby showers to celebrations of life, and everything in between. Several times a year, the events team works with our kitchen and management teams to put on spectacular holiday dinners for our guests – these include Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Day, New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter, and Father’s Day.

Christian was born and raised in Austria, has over 25 years experience in the hospitality industry and is one of the Front House Managers at Bon Appétit. After he completed his studies in Restaurant and Hotel Management, Christian decided he wanted to see more of the world. He began his hospitality career aboard cruise ships, managing Restaurant and Hotel operations. In 2002, Christian married his wife Penny and decided to trade the high seas for a home base in Port Richey, FL. When he’s not at Bon Appétit ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience, he enjoys spending time outdoors, at the beach, or traveling overseas.
Chef Cirino Cruz’s lifelong passion for the culinary arts has been driven by his desire to craft extraordinary dining experiences with each and every dish. His journey as a chef has been marked by pivotal experiences, including his time at Ponte’s Tuscan Grill under the guidance of Chef Chris Ponte and at Bon Appétit Restaurant with Chef Karl Riedl. Over 15 years, these establishments became his culinary home.
This journey has shaped Chef Cruz’s unique culinary style, which places a strong emphasis on using the freshest local ingredients and maintaining an unwavering commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction through exceptional hospitality.
Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, this seasoned hospitality professional has dedicated well over 40 years to the service industry. With expertise as a trained Showtender (bartending extraordinaire), they played a pivotal role in establishing a service and fine wine program at Old Memorial Golf Club during its first 12 1/2 years. With over two decades of experience in fine dining, exceptional wines, and gourmet cuisine, their extensive knowledge and southern gentleman charm ensure each visit to their property is a unique and memorable experience.
Outside of their professional pursuits, they find enjoyment in playing golf, watching sporting events, delving into sports analytics, indulging in music and singing, experimenting with stand-up comedy, and savoring fine wines, gourmet cuisine, and a variety of adult beverages.
Born and raised in central New Jersey, close to New York City, and close enough to the Jersey Shore for many memorable summers. Graduated from the University of Wisconsin in business administration and before embarking on a hospitality field career, worked in retail and bowling center management in Chicago.
Currently, the Director of Public Relations for Big Claw Management venues under the Original Crabby Bills Family Brands ranging from Dunedin to St. Pete Beach. Before this, one of the front-of-the-house managers at Bon Appetit and concierge for the Bon Appetit Group properties. All of the above encompasses nearly eighteen years of service, adding enjoy my fellow co-workers as well.
The years of working with the Tampa Bay community have not only resulted in business partnerships, but also friendships over the years to enjoy such enjoyments as the theater, sporting events, art galleries, concerts, and anything water-related. Traveled extensively throughout the United States, and into Europe, Canada, and Mexico. Always ready to hop on a plane anytime and anywhere!

Throughout the busy season (January – May), the kitchen team premieres special menu features – a testament to their creative eye and signature style.
