Dunedin, Florida Area Information

Dunedin (pronounced DONE-EE-DIN) is a small, friendly waterfront community north of Clearwater and St. Petersburg, on the shores of beautiful St. Joseph’s sound. We’re proud to say our town was voted “Best Little Walking Town in America” by Walking Magazine and #1 Most Walkable Town by FloridaLiving.com.  Nearby Caladesi Island (about 9 miles away) was voted one of the best beaches in America by Dr. Beach. Honeymoon Island, another nearby barrier island and state park, is a favorite for beach weddings. Many of those wedding receptions are hosted upstairs in our beautiful ballroom. Stunning 180-degree views are complimentary!

Dunedin’s average summertime high temperature is in the 80s and in the 60s during winter months, which makes it perfect for hanging out and watching the sailboats go by, the dolphins jump, and the seagulls dive. Pop over for a visit to the weekly farmer’s market, check out the one-of-a-kind shops downtown and then drop back by our Waterfront Bar for a refreshing beverage.
