Position Summary:

Responsible for providing quick and efficient responsible service to our guests and servers.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Greet customers and present menus make recommendations and answer all related inquiries;
  • Check identification of customers to verify they are of legal drinking age.
  • Take orders from serving staff or directly from customers, record drink orders accurately into register system.
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes, peel, slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.
  • Serve food to customers seated at the bar, respond promptly to requests from customers in a polite and professional fashion.
  • Attempt to limit problems related to customers’ excessive drinking by following established procedures, process transactions using the POS system.
  • Process customer payments, arrange glasses and bottles into attractive and functional displays; Ensure clean glasses, bar equipment and working areas, comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.
  • Balance the cash register at the start and close of each shift, order and restock bar inventory.
  • Full time availability is a must, customer service orientation, communication skills, interpersonal skills, team player, and high energy level, handle a fast-paced work environment, reliability, honesty and integrity.
  • Working knowledge of standard drink recipes, working knowledge of bar equipment and cash-handling skills
  • Able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Perform any other task that is assigned for the successful operations of the company.
  • High School Diploma, minimum age requirement of 21 years to pour drinks.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to customers supervisors, and employees; stand and walk for periods over 8 hours; lift up to 30 pounds in weight; possess finger dexterity to use small tools adeptly; read and follow written instructions; Ability to do repetitive motions.

Position Summary:

Responsible for dealing with the public graciously and efficiently to make certain that guests enjoy their visit to the restaurant. Presents a pleasant and professional appearance at all times, and makes guests feel welcome. Coordinates activities of dining room personnel to provide fast and courteous service to patrons by performing the following duties.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Greets guests with a friendly smile, escorts them to tables, and provides guests with a menu.
  • If no table available, inform guests of approximate waiting time.
  • Maintains a thorough knowledge of dining room stations, and specific server assigned to each      station. Distributes guests equally to servers, ensuring a high quality of service.
  • Remains alert and responsive to the needs of the seated guest(s); if necessary, summons their server, listens to their concerns and, if necessary, informs management of any complaints.
  • Reports to manager any malfunction of equipment and/or necessary repairs or replacement of furnishings, equipment, etc.
  • Thanks guests, for their patronage upon their departure.
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) and one year of related customer service experience.

Position Summary:

We are looking for professional Servers for Bon Appetit who are passionate about creating authentic, custom experiences with a high level of attention and service excellence to our guests. Our best servers have a sense of entrepreneurship to maximize their potential income at Dunedin’s finest waterfront restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining!

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Greet guests with eye contact and a smile.
  • Know our menu and how food is prepared to make appropriate recommendations.
  • Entice guests to order appetizers, featured items and weekly specials.
  • Check timing of food orders and communicate any errors or delays to appropriate staff.
  • Deliver food promptly and correctly by guest choice.
  • Consistently monitor assigned guest tables for food quality and guest needs.
  • Practice “Acknowledge, Apologize, Act” relating to any guest complaints.
  • Offer desserts and after dinner beverages.
  • Prepare accurate checks and offer payment options.
  • Thank guests for visiting and invite them to return.
  • Keep station and work areas organized, clean and assist in team duties (side stand, etc.)
  • Perform any other task as assigned for the successful operation of the restaurant.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of one year of server experience in a high volume fine dining restaurant.
  • Positive attitude with interpersonal skills to interact and enhance the guest experience.
  • Must be able to stand and work in a fast-paced environment for periods of over eight (8) hours in length.
  • Strong verbal and attentive listening skills.
  • Flexible and dependable to work full-time, weekends and holidays, indoors and outdoors.
  • Experience with POSitouch handheld system is a plus.

Responsibilities:
